We offer a 14 day no quibble guarantee on all unused products, still complete in their original packaging. We understand that sometimes orders for a variety of reasons become unsuitable, and so if we receive your goods within 14 days from the date of purchase we will issue a full refund.

and ensure that all the relevant details of the order are included, in order for us to locate your account and process a refund. Returns are only accepted between working hours (9am-5pm) Monday to Friday, not including Bank Holidays. You will be responsible for the delivery costs to us, and please retain any proof of postage until the refund has been completed.

Our General Guarantee
Our products have been carefully designed and are reasonably fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. We do however offer a guarantee against defaults and faulty workmanship. If this is the case, please notify us as soon as you receive the product and notice the fault using any of the methods of contact below. Please state your order details and information about the fault of the product and whether you would like a replacement or a refund. We will issue the refund as soon as we confirm the fault and receive the goods returned to us.
We would like to apologise in advance if any fault does appear on any goods ordered from us, we seek to meet the highest standards with all our products and apologise if any faults do slip through the net.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
